Added Ship Packages
Added the ability to create ship packages. This option was made available for those who possess packages that no longer exist in the RSI store.
Added functionality to make packages behave as they do in the RSI store (i.e. you cannot melt individual ships in a package).
Updated Info with updated mechanics
Ship packages provide data in regard to savings, melt cost and total value
Changed the way ships are added to fleets, simplifying the process and allowing adding multiple of the same ship
